Adobe AEM Tech Lead

As a Senior Software Engineer and Tech Lead at Volvo Group, you play a pivotal role in shaping sustainable transport and infrastructure solutions for the future. Your primary responsibility is to lead a team of Adobe engineers to ensure the development of high-quality solutions using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and modern development practices. Your contribution is essential in enabling a smarter, safer, and more sustainable transport and infrastructure industry. Key Responsibilities: - Lead & Mentor: Guide and mentor a team of Adobe engineers, fostering high-quality development and knowledge sharing. - Develop & Deliver: Design, build, and test features using AEM, front-end technologies, and modern frameworks. - Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Business Analysts, Architects, and Digital Product Owners to define and implement solutions effectively. - Drive Agile Execution: Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives to ensure seamless project delivery. - Establish Best Practices: Define coding standards, development workflows, and version control strategies to enhance efficiency. - Oversee Deployment: Manage builds, releases, and deployments in test and production environments efficiently. - Optimize Performance: Continuously enhance scalability, security, and efficiency of AEM implementations. - Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep abreast of the latest AEM advancements and drive innovation within the team. - Collaborate with Adobe: Engage directly with experts and business users on Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), Launch, and Target to optimize implementation and maximize business value. Qualification Required: - 10+ years of experience in AEM development with expertise in Sites, Templates, Sling, HTL, JavaScript, CSS, and Adobe Clouds. - Strong full-stack experience, including front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks (React, Angular is a plus). - Proven experience leading development teams, driving technical decisions, and mentoring engineers. - Agile mindset with experience in Scrum/Kanban workflows. - Hands-on experience with version control (Git, TFS) and containerized environments (Docker). - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on scalability and security. - Adobe Experience Manager certification is a plus. - Excellent communication skills with full proficiency in English.,
