Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Academic Counsellor at our Bengaluru campus. The Academic Counsellor will be responsible for providing student counselling, offering career and academic advising, and supporting the educational development of our students. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with students to discuss their academic and career goals, developing individualised academic plans, and assisting with any educational challenges they may face. Fluent in Tamil & English Mandatory.

Qualifications

• Experience in Student Counselling and Academic Advising
• Strong Communication skills for effective student interaction
• Knowledge and skills in Career Counselling
• Background in Education or related fields
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively
• Ability to motivate and guide students toward achieving their academic and career goals
• A Bachelor&aposs or Masters degree in Education, Counselling, or a related field is preferred
