Overview:

Bayspro Multiskills Academy is hiring Admission Officers to engage with students and parents, provide career guidance, and drive admissions to the college. This role combines telephonic counselling with sales ownership, making you directly responsible for meeting admissions targets.

We’re looking for professionals with at least 1 year of experience in sales or telemarketing, who are confident, target-driven, and passionate about helping students choose the right career path.

Key Responsibilities:

Telecall and counsel prospective students and parents on courses, career paths, and admissions process.

Achieve and exceed monthly admissions and revenue targets.

Conduct calls, walk-ins, and follow-ups to convert leads into admissions.

Maintain accurate student records and lead status.

Represent Bayspro with professionalism and high ethical standards.

Required Skills:

Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales, Telemarketing, Counselling, or Academic Advising (Education Institution/EdTech preferred).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Fluency in Malayalam is mandatory.

Strong negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving abilities.

Graduate degree in any discipline.
