About the Role

Admissions Counselor / Telecaller

Key Responsibilities

• Call and follow up with student leads generated through forms, ads, and referrals.
• Explain course details, fees, training benefits, and career opportunities.
• Counsel students and their parents to help them make informed decisions.
• Maintain lead records, track follow-ups, and achieve monthly targets.
• Coordinate with the admissions team for smooth enrollment processing.

Eligibility

• Good communication skills (Hindi + basic English).
• Confident, polite, and persuasive.
• Prior experience in telecalling/counseling is a plus, but freshers can also apply.
• Basic knowledge of computers and CRM handling.

Salary & Performance Terms

• Fixed salary (as per company standards).

• 2-Month Performance Review:

• If the counselor does not achieve the required performance/target within 2 months, the contract may not be continued.
