Key Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries from prospective students and parents via calls, emails, walk-ins, and online platforms.
• Provide detailed information about courses, programs, eligibility, fees, and admission procedures.
• Counsel students to identify their career goals and guide them in choosing the right course/institute.
• Follow up with leads, maintain proper records in CRM, and ensure timely closures.
• Assist students with the entire admission process including form filling, documentation, and interview preparation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and educational institutions.
• Meet monthly admission/enrolment targets as set by the management.
• Participate in seminars, open houses, and admission drives as required.

Requirements

• Education:

  Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PG in Marketing, Education, or Counselling preferred).

• Experience:

• Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
• 0-10 years of experience in counselling, sales, or student advisory roles will be an added advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Ability to build trust and guide students with empathy.
• Goal-oriented with the ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.
• Fluency in

  English and regional languages

  preferred.
