Admissions Counselor – Full-Time, Trivandrum

What You’ll Do:

• Guide students and parents on academic programs & career options
• Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions
• Support students with documentation and enrollment procedures
• Keep records updated using CRM tools
• Meet and exceed monthly targets
• Be a part of the student's journey from the first call to onboarding

Who We're Looking For:

• Strong communication skills in English & Malayalam
• A confident, friendly, and self-driven attitude
• Experience in counseling, sales, or customer service is a plus (not mandatory)
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to use CRM tools
• Willing to work on-site at our Technopark office

Freshers are welcome! If you're passionate and eager to learn, we’ll train you.
