Job Summary

We are seeking a smart, confident, and customer-focused Female Admissions Counsellor to guide prospective students through our admissions process. You will provide detailed program information, counsel students on career choices, and support them in enrolling for our industry-leading training courses.

This role is perfect for someone with excellent communication skills, a friendly personality, and a passion for helping students succeed.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective students via phone and in-person to provide information about our training programs.

• Clearly explain course details, benefits, fees, and career opportunities.

• Assess student requirements and recommend the most suitable programs.

• Follow up on inquiries and leads to ensure high conversion rates.

• Maintain accurate records of all interactions in CRM systems.

• Address student queries and concerns with empathy and professionalism.

• Collaborate with the admissions and marketing teams to drive outreach activities.

Requirements

• Only Female Candidates (mandatory)

• 1–2 years of experience in admissions counselling, telesales, or student support roles.

• Fluency in English, Kannada, Hindi and Tamil (verbal communication).

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and close admissions.

• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and a collaborative team player.
