Admission/Academic Counselor - Freshers

We are seeking enthusiastic and goal-driven Admission Counselors to join our team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will guide prospective students through the admissions process, ensuring a seamless experience from inquiry to enrollment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel and guide prospective students regarding courses, admission procedures, eligibility, and career prospects.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries to convert them into enrollments.
• Maintain and update student databases and records accurately.
• Follow up with leads and ensure timely communication.
• Assist in organizing admission events, seminars, and webinars.
• Achieve individual and team admission targets.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (mandatory).
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
• Strong interpersonal, persuasion, and presentation skills.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office/CRM software.
• Ability to work under targets and deadlines.

Working Days & Shift:

• 5/6 days working (as per business requirements).
• Day/Night/Rotational shifts (if applicable).
