Job Description

1Admission Support ExecutiveMinimum Experience: 2 YearsWe are looking for dynamic and friendly individuals with excellent English communication skills to join our Admissions Team. The role involves communicating with prospective parents, guiding them through the entire admission process, and providing end-to-end support with professionalism and warmth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to parents from the school’s enquiry database.
  • Communicate clearly and confidently in excellent English (Tamil if preferred by the parent).
  • Explain admission process, class eligibility, fee details, and campus information.
  • Maintain continuity by following up with the same parent throughout the entire admission cycle.
  • Guide parents end-to-end:
  • Enquiry → Campus Visit → Application Purchase → Submission → Interview Scheduling → Admission Completion
  • Share directions, reminders, and updates via WhatsApp/phone.
  • Maintain accurate enquiry sheets, call logs, and follow-up records.
  • Respond to queries from WhatsApp, Google Business profile, and social media messages (basic responses only).
  • Assist walk-in parents with information and support during busy periods.
  • Coordinate with the admissions office for campus visits and interviews.
  • Support admission-related events such as open houses, campus tours, and orientation days.
  • Perform simple administrative tasks: organizing applications, preparing admission kits, sorting documents, etc.

Qualifications

  • Any degree (UG or PG).
  • Excellent English communication is mandatory.
  • Tamil communication strongly preferred.
  • Prior experience in customer service, front desk, telecalling, counselling, or education sector is an added advantage.

Skills Required

  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • Pleasant and confident phone manner.
  • Basic computer skills (Google Sheets, WhatsApp, email).
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with parents.
  • Patience, empathy, and a service-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work with follow-up targets and timelines.

Work Schedule

  • Full-time, On-campus role
  • Monday to Saturday
  • 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM (or as per school requirement)
