Admission Outreach Executive

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Admission Outreach Officer to join our team. The role focuses on promoting Apollo University programs, building relationships with prospective students, and driving enrollment through effective outreach strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct outreach activities to promote Apollo University programs to prospective students, parents, and educational partners.

Organize and participate in seminars, workshops, school/college visits, and education fairs.

Respond to student inquiries through calls, emails, and in-person meetings.

Maintain and update student databases and track leads throughout the admission cycle.

Support the admissions team in meeting enrollment targets.

Build and nurture relationships with counselors, institutions, and other stakeholders to strengthen brand visibility.

Provide accurate information about courses, eligibility, scholarships, and admission processes.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum 6 months of experience in business development, student counseling, or admissions.

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to present information clearly and confidently to students and parents.

Valid driving license – willingness to travel for outreach activities and events.

Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work under deadlines.
