Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Kochi for an Admission Officer. The Admission Officer will be responsible for guiding prospective students and families through the admission process, managing applications, and coordinating with international and local applicants. Additional responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, conducting interviews, maintaining records, and assisting in the execution of admission events and outreach initiatives.

Qualifications

Strong Interpersonal Skills and outstanding Communication abilities
Experience with International Admissions and familiarity with global education processes
Excellent Customer Service skills with a focus on fostering positive engagement
Knowledge in the field of Education and academic admission processes
Proficiency in using technology for managing applications and maintaining records
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; prior experience in admissions or a related domain is a plus
Ability to work in a team-oriented and dynamic environment
