Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Admission Officer (Telecalling) to join our Admissions team. The candidate will be responsible for reaching out to prospective students, providing accurate information about courses/programs, guiding them through the admission process, and ensuring smooth conversion from enquiry to enrolment.Male candidates are preferred for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
• Counsel students on available courses, eligibility criteria, admission process, and career prospects.
• Maintain and update enquiry database on a regular basis.
• Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and messages to maximize conversions.
• Assist in completing admission formalities, documentation, and fee collection.
• Coordinate with the academic and administrative teams for smooth onboarding of students.
• Achieve admission and enrolment targets set by the management.
• Ensure a high level of customer service and maintain professionalism during communication.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred in Business, Marketing, or related areas).
• Prior experience in telecalling, admissions, sales, or counselling (Education sector preferred).
• Excellent communication skills (English, Hindi, and local language preferred).
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle student/parent queries with patience and clarity.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.
