Job Responsibilities

• Engage with parents and students to understand their learning needs.
• Recommend suitable online or offline learning programs.
• Meet weekly enrollment targets and performance objectives.
• Follow up on leads and maintain accurate documentation.
• Manage and update student and lead data in the system.
• Convert assigned leads through inbound, outbound, and follow-up communication.
• Collaborate with the team to improve conversions and achieve sales goals.
• Provide excellent support to build trust with students and parents.
• Use CRM and digital tools to streamline processes and track leads.

Qualifications

• Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales (mandatory).
• 0–4 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Counseling.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of social media or email tools is an added advantage.
• Strong communication skills in Malayalam and English.
• Good organizational and multitasking skills.
• Self-driven, disciplined, and target-oriented.
• Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Quick learner with a positive and growth-oriented mindset.
