Admission Head (Immediate Requirement)

About Us:
Vision Flying Training Institute is a premier aviation training center committed to excellence in pilot training and aviation education. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Admission Head to lead our admissions team and drive student enrollment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the admissions process for the institute.
• Develop and implement strategies to attract students from schools and colleges.
• Conduct school and college visits to promote the institute and build strong relationships.
• Guide and mentor the admissions team to achieve enrollment targets.
• Ensure timely follow-up with prospective students and maintain accurate records.
• Organize and participate in educational fairs, seminars, and promotional events.

Requirements:

• 5-8 years of experience in admissions, preferably in schools or colleges.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage students, parents, and educational institutions.
• Proactive, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Knowledge of the aviation/education sector is a plus.
• Must be willing to travel for school and college visits.

Location:
Dwarka, Sector 7 – candidates must be able to commute easily to this location.
