The ideal candidate is a passionate and results-driven professional with a proven track record in student counseling ( Preferably for MBA programs).  You will be responsible for driving admissions, building and managing a high-performing team of counselors, and fostering strong relationships with our channel partners to fuel business growth.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership: Design and implement effective admission strategies to achieve and exceed enrollment targets for MBA programs.Student Counseling: Lead and directly participate in counseling prospective students, offering expert guidance on application processes, and career outcomes to ensure high conversion rates.Team Management: Recruit, train, and manage a team of admission counselors. Set clear performance goals, provide ongoing mentorship, and foster a culture of excellence and high performance.Channel Partner Management: Develop and maintain strong, strategic relationships with channel partners (e.g., coaching centers, educational consultants etc).Business Growth: Collaborate closely with channel partner counselors, providing them with training, resources, and support to maximize lead conversion and business growth.Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze admissions data and market trends to identify opportunities, refine strategies, and provide regular reports to senior management.Process Excellence: Ensure a seamless, professional, and positive experience for all prospective students and partners from first contact to final enrollment.Qualifications & Experience:We are specifically looking for a female candidate for this role.Experience: 2 to 8 years of proven experience in admissions counseling. Leadership: Prior experience in a team lead or managerial capacity is highly preferred.Skills:Exceptional counseling and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with students and parents.In-depth knowledge of the MBA admissions landscape, including top colleges, entrance exams (CAT, GMAT, etc.), and application timelines.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.Demonstrated ability to hire, train, and motivate a sales-oriented counseling team.What We Offer:Competitive Compensation: A fixed CTC salary in the range of 5 Lakhs to 8 Lakhs per annum, based on experience and expertise.Attractive Incentives: Performance-based incentives ranging from 2 Lakhs to 5.5 Lakhs per annum.Accommodation: Company-provided accommodation in Bengaluru.High-Growth Environment: A fantastic opportunity for rapid career progression and professional development in a fast-paced Ed-Tech company.Impactful Role: Play a pivotal role in shaping the company's growth and the futures of countless students.
