Provide expert career guidance, admissions support, and counseling to help them make informed choices.Admissions Management: Assess student needs and connect them with the most relevant and qualified admission counselors on the Gyanplug Marketplace.Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between students, admission counselors, parents, and educational partners to ensure smooth communication and admissions conversion.Training & Development: Conduct engaging workshops and training sessions for admission counselors and partners on student engagement, best practices, and admissions strategies.Career Guidance Sessions: Lead student information sessions, webinars, and counseling calls covering MBA, BTech, BBA, and other higher education programs.Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong rapport with students, parents, and educational partners to increase trust and conversions.Data & Reporting: Track student interactions, counselor performance, admission conversions, and share insights with management to refine strategies.Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest education trends, admissions landscape, and career counseling practices.RequirementsExperience: Prior experience in student counseling, admissions management, student support, or academic advising.Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and counsel students confidently.Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills to balance student needs with counselor/partner expectations.Familiarity with the Indian higher education system, competitive exams (CAT, GMAT, NEET, JEE, etc.), and career pathways.Demonstrable experience in conducting training sessions, student workshops, or webinars.Tech-savvy with proficiency in online platforms, CRM tools, and communication apps.Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a remote admissions & counseling environment.Bachelors degree in any discipline (Education, Psychology, Counseling, or Management preferred).Company BenefitsRemote Work: Flexible, permanently work from home.Competitive Pay: 3.5 5.8 LPA fixed + 80,000 2,00,000 incentives.Growth Opportunities: Rapid career progression in a high-growth EdTech environment.Impactful Role: Directly shape student journeys and empower them in achieving their education and career goals.
