Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Delhi, India, for an Admission Counselor at K12 Schools. The Admission Counselor will advise prospective students and their families on enrollment processes, provide information on academic programs and curricula, and ensure a positive and seamless experience for applicants. The role includes facilitating admission procedures, addressing inquiries, and supporting the enrollment team to achieve admission goals. Effective communication and building relationships with potential students and their families are key aspects of the position.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills to effectively build relationships with potential students and families.
• Experience in Customer Service and Sales, with the ability to provide excellent support and guide the enrollment process.
• Understanding of or background in Education to effectively discuss academic programs and curricula with prospective students and parents.
• Ability to work in a team and meet enrollment targets under minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in using technology for communication and admissions processes.
• A degree in Education, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in admission counseling or education consulting is a plus.
