Key Responsibilities
✔ Counsel students and parents regarding academic programs, eligibility, and career pathways
✔ Handle inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins with professionalism✔ Maintain accurate records of student interactions and follow-ups✔ Collaborate with internal teams for smooth on-boarding and documentation✔ Participate in education fairs, seminars, and outreach activities
