Role Description / Role Overview

The Admission Counselor will guide students in academic planning, course/program selection, and career pathways. This includes admissions support, personalized counseling, progress monitoring, and ensuring students’ academic well-being.

The role requires close collaboration with faculty and administrative teams to create a supportive and student-centered learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide academic and career counseling to students.
• Assist students with admissions guidance and academic program/course selection.
• Conduct personalized counseling sessions and develop academic plans.
• Track student performance and offer timely support to overcome academic challenges.
• Conduct workshops/seminars on academic planning and career readiness.
• Collaborate with faculty and administrative departments to support student success.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 1–4 years

  of experience in academic counseling, educational advising, or related roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in student guidance, academic advising, and career counseling.
• Experience in higher education is preferred.
