Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Aviation Counselor to join our professional aviation academy. The candidate should be confident, persuasive, and capable of achieving monthly admission and sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students and parents about aviation training and career opportunities.
Handle walk-in, telephonic, and online inquiries efficiently.
Convert leads into confirmed admissions within the given target period.
Maintain accurate student data and daily reports.
Collaborate with the training and placement teams for student success.
Requirements:
2–4 years of experience in student counseling or aviation education.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong target orientation and result-driven mindset.
Presentable, confident, and professional attitude.
Salary Policy:
This is a target-based role.
