About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Admission Counsellor to join our CBSE International School. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working as a counselor in a reputed CBSE or International School and should be passionate about guiding parents and students through the admission process. This is a residential role, requiring the candidate to stay within the school campus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle admission enquiries from parents and students through calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
• Conduct school tours and present the school’s vision, curriculum, and facilities to prospective parents.
• Counsel parents on the admission process, curriculum, and other academic or non-academic queries.
• Maintain accurate records of admissions, leads, and follow-ups in the school database.
• Coordinate with the academic and administrative teams to ensure a seamless admission experience.
• Participate in admission events, open houses, and parent orientation programs.
• Prepare regular reports and updates on admission progress and lead conversions.
• Ensure high standards of professionalism, communication, and confidentiality in all interactions.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience as an Admission Counsellor or related role in a CBSE or International School.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English and Hindi proficiency required).
• Strong presentation and persuasive abilities.
• Computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM, or ERP tools preferred).
• Ability to work collaboratively with parents, students, and school staff.
