About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Admission Counsellor to join a reputed CBSE School in Ranchi. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working as an Admission Counsellor in reputed educational institutions and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to guide prospective students and parents through the admission process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle admission inquiries and provide detailed information about the school’s curriculum, facilities, and admission procedures.
• Counsel prospective parents and students, addressing their queries and assisting them throughout the admission journey.
• Coordinate and conduct campus visits, orientation programs, and admission interviews.
• Maintain and update admission records, student databases, and follow-up reports.
• Collaborate with the school management to plan and execute admission drives, promotional events, and outreach activities.
• Ensure a smooth and transparent admission process aligned with school policies.
• Support marketing initiatives and represent the school at educational fairs or public events.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in any discipline (Education/Marketing/Administration preferred).
• Minimum 2–4 years of proven experience as an Admission Counsellor in reputed CBSE or international schools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (English proficiency required).
• Strong interpersonal and convincing abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Positive attitude, organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.
