Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Admission Counselor for a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. The Admission Counselor will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admissions process, addressing inquiries, and providing clear information about courses and services. Key responsibilities include managing student applications, conducting admissions interviews, and assisting in student enrollment. The role also involves maintaining relationships with prospective candidates to provide an exceptional customer service experience and achieve enrollment targets.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal communication skills to effectively guide prospective students.
• Customer service skills to provide excellent assistance and maintain positive interactions with candidates.
• Sales skills to meet admissions targets and motivate enrollment.
• Knowledge or experience in the education or training field is highly desirable.
• Ability to work in an on-site environment and collaborate with a dynamic team.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with admission software or CRM is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in any relevant field, or equivalent experience in admissions or sales.
