Core Purpose Of The Role:
The Admissions Counselor plays a pivotal role in effectively managing the admissions process and representing the school to prospective families. This talented individual will be responsible for guiding parents and students through all stages of the admissions journey from initial inquiry to enrollmentwhile ensuring that the process is seamless, informative, and aligned with the school's core values and long-term objectives. The Admissions Counselor will also contribute to enhancing the school's reputation by delivering an exceptional customer experience that attracts and retains high-caliber applicants.

We are looking for candidates especially from the following domains:
- Hospitality domain with a strong customer interaction + problem solving responsibilities
- Airlines domain with a strong customer interaction + problem solving responsibilities
- Relationship Managers serving HNI's or High Value relationship from Financial Sectors
- Candidate having a strong Customer Experience/Customer Success with a B2C brand/business

General Responsibilities:
- Scheduling: Promptly connect with all the parents who have enquired at the school for admission through various channels with the objective of scheduling meetings at the school campus
- Counseling and School Tour: Meet and counsel the parents who visit the school through scheduled or unscheduled meetings. In these meetings, the primary aim is to understand what the parent is really looking for and give the right information and guidance about the school that will help them choose the school.
- Adherence to Admission Process: Ensures that all the steps of the admissions process are followed.
- Conversions: The objective of the Admission Counselor is to maximize conversion of leads to admissions while adhering to the admission process.
