Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Admission Counsellor who will be the first point of contact for aspiring students. The counsellor will play a key role in guiding potential students through the admission process, explaining course details, and helping them make informed decisions about their careers.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries from walk-ins, calls, social media, and online leads.
• Counsel students and parents about courses, curriculum, career prospects, and institute facilities.
• Achieve monthly admission targets by converting leads into enrollments.
• Maintain and update student database, follow-up regularly with potential candidates.
• Conduct demo sessions, seminars, and coordinate admission events.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead quality and conversion.
• Build strong relationships with students and provide post-admission support.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (Education/Management/Marketing preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in counselling, sales, or education sector (Freshers with good communication skills may also apply).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust with students and parents.
• Result-oriented with the ability to work under targets.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets, and CRM tools is an added advantage.
