The ideal candidate will have a strong background in educational counselling, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for helping students make informed academic choices. Key Responsibilities: Provide detailed information about courses, admission procedures, and eligibility criteria to prospective students and parents. Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into admissions. Maintain regular communication with students and guide them throughout the admission process. Maintain updated records of student interactions and applications. Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. Key Requirements: 3 to 5 years of proven experience in educational counselling or a similar role. Female candidates only. Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) are a must. Strong persuasion and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and meet targets. Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office is a plus.
