Job Title: Academic Counselor – UK Higher Education Location: QualifyLearn Edu Private Limited, C-101, 3rd Floor, Block C, Sector-2, Noida, U.P Near Sec 15 Metro Station Job Type: Full-Time Shift Time: 12pm to 9pm Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Academic Counselor to guide prospective students through the admissions process for UK-based higher education programs, including PhD, Master’s, and other degree courses. The ideal candidate will be responsible for counseling, lead conversion, and enrollment management, ensuring a smooth journey for applicants. Key Responsibilities: Student Counseling: Provide expert guidance to prospective students about available PhD, Master's, and other degree programs in the UK. Lead Management: Proactively follow up on inquiries via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and social media to convert leads into enrollments. Sales & Enrollment Targets: Achieve monthly and quarterly student enrollment targets by effectively communicating program benefits and addressing concerns. Application Assistance: Assist students with the admission process, documentation, and eligibility criteria for different programs. Scholarship & Funding Guidance: Provide information on scholarships, financial aid, and payment plans to support student enrollment. Market Research: Stay updated with university policies, program structures, and admission trends to provide accurate information. Required Skills & Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business , Marketing, Education, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 1-3 years in academic counseling, sales, or student recruitment for higher education programs. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Sales & Negotiation: Ability to persuade and convert leads into enrollments. Tech Savvy: Familiarity with, email campaigns, and student portals is an advantage.
