Job Description

Job Title: Admission Counsellor (Female)

Location: Samashti International School, Coimbatore Branch

Roles and Responsibilities:

Handle admission inquiries through calls, emails, and walk-ins, providing accurate information about the school, curriculum, and admission process.
Counsel prospective parents and students, understanding their needs and guiding them through the admission journey.
Schedule and coordinate campus tours, interaction sessions, and entrance assessments.
Maintain a database of leads and follow up systematically to ensure conversion.
Assist in planning and executing admission-related events and campaigns.
Coordinate with academic and administrative teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new students.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on admissions progress and conversions.
Maintain professionalism, empathy, and strong communication while representing the school.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Only female candidates may apply.
Bachelor’s degree in any field (Master’s preferred).
Minimum 2 years of experience in school admissions or counseling.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
Strong convincing skills with a customer-centric approach.
Ability to work independently and meet admission targets.

Note:

Transportation will not be provided. Candidates must arrange their own transport.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
