Key Responsibilities:
Counsel and guide students regarding various academic programs and course options.
Handle admission inquiries through calls, walk-ins, and online leads.
Achieve admission targets within specified timelines.
Maintain accurate records of student interactions and follow-ups.
Coordinate with faculty and management for smooth admission processes.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in the admissions or counselling department.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident, proactive, and goal-oriented personality.
Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).
Salary: As per experience and industry standards.
