Admission Counsellor

Position: Admission Counsellor

Location: Footprints Preschool & Daycare – Sector 48, Capital Business Park, Gurgaon Joining Date: 27th October 2025

Key Requirements:

· Marital Status: Candidate must be married and have kids

· Location Preference: Candidate must live within 1 hour commuting distance from the office

· Salary:

o CTC: ₹50,000/month

o In-hand (after deductions): approx. ₹45,000/month

Job Purpose:

To follow up with potential parents and help convert them into admissions for Footprints Preschool and Daycare.

Job Responsibilities:

· Handle incoming calls and WhatsApp messages from parents

· Make outbound calls to leads assigned via the system

· Share relevant information about the preschool/daycare services

· Understand and pre-qualify leads (location, interest, profile, etc.)

· Schedule and follow up on visits to the centre

· Document all call interactions and follow-ups in the system (CRM)

· Ensure timely and consistent follow-up for admissions

Work Schedule:

· Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM

· Saturdays:

o Work on 2 Saturdays a month

o Get 2 Saturdays off

Qualifications & Skills:

· Education: Graduate (minimum)

· Experience: At least 1 year in customer service or sales

· Skills Required:

o Excellent spoken and written communication

o Active listening skills

o Basic computer knowledge, experience with CRM and Dialer systems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per month
