Role Overview:

As an Admission Counselor – Investment Banking, you will be the first point of contact for learners exploring our finance and investment banking programs. Your role involves understanding their goals, providing accurate course information, and supporting them through the enrollment process. This role blends academic counseling with achieving enrollment targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel prospective students and working professionals interested in Investment Banking and Finance programs.
• Understand learner profiles, career aspirations, and suggest suitable courses.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, follow-ups, and inquiries effectively.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly admission and conversion targets.
• Maintain accurate student and lead data using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to enhance lead conversion.
• Provide an excellent end-to-end admission experience to learners.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in EdTech counseling, academic advising, or sales (preferably for finance-related programs).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-driven attitude with a passion for helping students make informed career decisions.
• Ability to handle multiple leads and maintain detailed follow-up records.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Business, or related fields preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office applications.
