Job Role: As an Admission Counsellor, you will be the first point of contact for prospective students. Your primary responsibility will be to guide students through the admission process, understand their needs, and provide information about our courses. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls to counsel prospective students. Provide detailed information about courses, fees, and batch schedules. Follow up with leads through calls, emails, or messages. Assist students in the admission and registration process. Maintain accurate records of daily interactions and lead status. Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for conversions. Coordinate with the academic team for smooth onboarding of students. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales or counselling (education sector preferred). Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills. Confident, persuasive, and goal-oriented personality. Ability to handle queries and objections effectively. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, CRM tools).
