Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Admission Counsellor to join our educational institution. The ideal candidate will play a key role in guiding prospective students and parents, managing the admission process, and achieving enrollment targets while maintaining high standards of professionalism and student satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses, eligibility, fees, and career prospects
• Handle student inquiries through walk-ins, calls, emails, and online platforms
• Manage the complete admission process from enquiry to enrollment
• Achieve and exceed admission targets and conversion ratios
• Maintain accurate student records and update CRM/database regularly
• Coordinate with academic and administrative teams for smooth admissions
• Participate in promotional activities, seminars, school visits, and education fairs
• Provide post-admission support and ensure a positive student experience

Eligibility & Requirements

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience as an Admission Counsellor (education sector preferred)
• Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle students and parents confidently and empathetically
• Target-driven mindset with proven admission or sales performance
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM systems
• Graduate/Post-graduate in any discipline (Education/Management preferred)
