Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Admission Counsellor for Online Courses, located in Delhi, India. The Admission Counsellor will be responsible for guiding potential students through the admissions process, providing information about available courses, and assisting with the application process. The Counsellor will also offer customer service, respond to inquiries, and help with marketing and outreach efforts. Daily tasks include engaging with prospective students, conducting informational sessions, and maintaining records of student interactions.
