Designation: Counselor
Summary: The Student Counselor is responsible for providing academic and personal counseling to students enrolled in courses such as ACCA, CFA, Financial Modeling, CMA US, CIMA UK, and Enrolled Agent.
Responsibilities:
β Provide individual and group counseling to students for the programs mentioned above.
β Develop and implement counseling plans for students.
β Collaborate with other student services staff to provide a comprehensive support system for students.
β Maintain confidentiality of student information.
β Advocate for students' needs.
β Stay up-to-date on current issues in student development.
β Participate in professional development activities.
Qualifications:
β Graduation (preferably in Commerce Stream).
β 3+ years of experience working with students in a counseling setting.
β Strong understanding of student development.
β Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
β Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
