Admission Counsellor cum video presenter

You will play a crucial role as an Admission Coordinator cum Video Presenter in our team. Your responsibilities will revolve around student counseling for admissions and front-facing video presentation for digital marketing or academic content creation. The perfect fit for this role would be someone who is confident, camera-friendly, and deeply passionate about education and student support. Your duties as an Admission Coordinator / Counselor will include providing counseling to potential students and their parents, handling various forms of inquiries, assisting with the admission process, following up on leads, and managing student records accurately. Additionally, you will be expected to engage in educational events such as fairs, seminars, and webinars. In your role as a Video Presenter, you will be required to deliver academic or promotional content proficiently in front of the camera. Collaboration with content and marketing teams to produce engaging videos for social media and the company website will also be part of your responsibilities. Scripting and rehearsing content for informative videos, student testimonials, or announcements is essential, along with maintaining a professional demeanor in all video materials. To excel in this position, you should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with knowledge of local languages being advantageous. A confident on-camera presence, strong public speaking abilities, interpersonal skills, and organizational capabilities are vital. The knack for multitasking, meeting deadlines, and a basic understanding of video presentation tools will also stand you in good stead. A Bachelor's degree in any discipline, with preference for Education, Marketing, or Communication, is required. Prior experience in counseling or video presentation is beneficial, as is familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
