College Vidya has been featured in the documentary series 'Brands of Tomorrow' by JioHotstar. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admission Counsellor based in Noida. The Admission Counsellor will be responsible for providing personalized guidance to prospective students, assisting them in choosing the right online universities. Daily tasks include conducting consultations over calls, addressing queries, and providing information on course options, fee structures, and internship opportunities. The role also involves maintaining strong communication with students and ensuring exceptional customer service. Qualifications Excellent Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills Strong Customer Service skills Sales skills Knowledge and understanding of the Education sector Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in any field; a background in Education or Counseling is a plus Previous experience in a similar role is preferred Show more Show less
