Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Handle inquiries from prospective students via calls, emails, and walk-ins. Counsel students and parents regarding courses, admission requirements, procedures, and career prospects. Maintain and update the database of leads, follow up regularly to ensure conversions. Explain program details, fees, and policies in a clear and convincing manner. Meet and exceed admission/enrollment targets. Assist in organizing admission events, webinars, and campus visits. Coordinate with the academic and operations teams to ensure a smooth admission process. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education/Business/Communications preferred). Experience in counselling, admissions, or sales (education sector preferred). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills. Ability to work independently as well as in a team. Goal-oriented with a proven record of meeting targets. Comfortable working with CRM tools and MS Office.
