Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (English/Psychology/Engineering)
  
• Additional certifications in customer relations, communication, marketing, or education (preferred)
  
• Proficiency in Hindi is an added advantage

Key Responsibilities

1. Admissions & Marketing

• Manage the full admissions lifecycle—from enquiry to enrolment
  
• Collaborate with academic teams on admissions criteria & processes
  
• Develop strategies to improve student admissions & retention
  
• Create and execute effective online & offline marketing campaigns
  
• Conduct market research to identify trends and growth opportunities
  
• Manage advertising channels including hoardings, print materials, brochures & outdoor promotions
  
• Ensure timely documentation, reporting, and follow-ups
  

2. Social Media & Website Management

• Plan and execute engaging social media strategies
  
• Create, review, and publish content across platforms
  
• Respond to queries and build strong online reputation
  
• Oversee design of creative content—graphics, videos, promotional media
  
• Coordinate with designers/developers to update & maintain the school’s website
  

3. Community Outreach & Events

• Organize and participate in community events to build brand awareness
  
• Establish links with local organizations, schools & partners
  
• Lead promotional activities both on-campus and off-campus
  

4. Front Office Leadership

• Supervise front office operations & staff
  
• Ensure a welcoming, professional environment for all visitors
  
• Handle parent enquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly
  
• Maintain smooth administrative workflows
  
• Conduct performance reviews & guide team development
  
• Foster a team culture based on empathy, trust, and collaboration
