About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Admission and Visa Documentation Specialist to join our team in Nadakkavu, Calicut. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in overseas education documentation and visa processing, with a specialization in countries like the UK, Canada, and Germany. This is a critical role focused on ensuring a seamless and compliant visa and admission process for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end admission and visa documentation processes for student and visit visa applicants.
• Specialize in documentation for UK, Canada, and German public universities.
• Prepare, review, and submit visa applications with precision, ensuring compliance with immigration laws.
• Guide clients through Schengen, UK, and Canada visit visa applications with a strong focus on approval rates.
• Assist clients with UK senior care visa documentation, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
• Serve as a team lead, mentoring and guiding junior team members involved in visa services.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with embassies, consulates, and immigration authorities.
• Maintain thorough records of client documentation, communications, and application progress.
• Monitor changes in international immigration policies and update internal processes accordingly.
• Provide personalized support from university shortlisting to final visa filing.
• Electronically submit visa applications, monitor statuses, and coordinate with embassies or consulates when needed.
• Conduct document verification in alignment with visa guidelines to minimize rejections.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Handle various types of visa applications, including:
• Student visas
• Visit visas
• Employment visas
• Family visas
• Job seeker visas
• Maintain regular communication with clients, addressing queries and offering timely updates.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in overseas education documentation and visa processing.
• In-depth knowledge of international immigration laws and university admission processes.
• Proven experience in processing visas for the UK, Canada, Germany, and Schengen countries.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases with efficiency and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in electronic document handling and visa portal submissions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

• Nadakavu, Calicut, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
