Administrator - Digital Voice

As a Voice Administrator, your role involves installing, configuring, and managing Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) systems within companies. You will be responsible for administering the in-house IP telephone communication systems, including software architecture and hardware components. Key Responsibilities: - Meet with IT managers to understand the company's networking needs. - Analyze existing VoIP networks and computer systems. - Develop architecture plans for voice and data services. - Install network hardware modules such as IP and PBX communication servers. - Design and implement Cisco Unity systems. - Troubleshoot VoIP network issues. - Analyze and upgrade network security systems and protocols. - Add network users and manage company permissions. - Optimize network installations for future expansion. - Train staff on network and system protocols.
