Administrator - Digital Voice

As a Voice Administrator, your primary role will be to install, configure, and manage Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) systems within your company. You will be responsible for administering the in-house IP telephone communication systems, including both software architecture and hardware components. - Meeting with IT managers to determine the company's networking needs. - Analyzing existing VoIP networks and computer systems. - Developing architecture plans for voice and data services. - Installing network hardware modules such as IP and PBX communication servers. - Designing and implementing Cisco Unity systems. - Troubleshooting VoIP network issues. - Analyzing and upgrading network security systems and protocols. - Adding network users and managing company permissions. - Optimizing network installations for future expansion. - Training staff on network and system protocols. Qualifications Required: - B.Sc in a relevant field - Technology and Networking Knowledge and Concepts - Network Security experience - Small Office Networking context knowledge - L2 Support experience - Data Center Administration experience - Telecom/Communications Equipments expertise - CCNP and CCNP Voice Certifications Location: India - Gurugram This position requires a strong background in technology, networking, and security, along with the ability to analyze and upgrade network systems effectively.
