An entry-level position that provides technical/customer support for CES's customers globally via its Customer Support Portal and email. Following defined guidelines to handle customer tickets and queries.

An entry-level position that provides technical/customer support for CES's customers globally via its Customer Support Portal and email. Following defined guidelines to handle customer tickets and queries.

What You Will Do

Review, clarify, and process CSP tickets submitted by CES's external and internal customers.

Monitoring our Support email account and responding to customer requests in a timely manner.

Check technical integrity of Test Results and other related information

Escalate tickets when necessary to the appropriate resolver following CES's tiered response structure

Inform CES sales and operations management as to customer issues

Manage training requests for CES's course catalog and business associate applications from prospective installers

Run EXCEL-based metrics on work performed to report queue status

Contribute to the success of the team by being proactive and offering suggestions where opportunities are seen

Provide exceptional support to all customers - both internal and external.

Any other tasks as deemed necessary by the supervisor.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

Knowledge of Structured Cabling or Electrical Engineering

Experience of working in a corporate environment (work experience, etc)

What Will Put You Ahead

Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field from an accredited university or equivalent industry experience

REQUIRED:

  • Must be proficient in English, as we are a global company, and it is required to communicate with customers and department heads
  • Capable of working with many different cultures around the world.
  • Aptitude towards complex and technical subjects
  • Adaptable to new workflows and processes.

PREFERRED:

  • Introductory knowledge of Structured Cabling and Local Area Networks
  • Introductory knowledge of Project Management
  • Logical, analytical, and process-oriented approach to problem solving
  • Knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • A keen willingness to learn
  • No travel required
