Opening its doors in July 2025, Siddhim is a girls’ residential school located in Dudu, near Jaipur. The school will initially welcome students from Classes 3 to 5, with a 1:20 teacher-student ratio, and plans to expand through to Class 12.

Role
We are hiring an experienced Administrative Officer who would be responsible for establishing and managing the administrative systems of a new residential school, ensuring that operations are efficient, compliant, safe, and student-centered. The role oversees finance support and controls, HR, estate and infrastructure, boarding and mess operations, security, transport, procurement, and statutory compliance — while also building policies and systems aligned with Rajasthan State regulations and the requirements of the affiliated Education Board.

Requirements
Post-graduate (preferred: Administration/ Finance/ Commerce/ Management)CA/ICWA/MBA-Finance or equivalent credentials are desirable.10–15 years of progressive leadership experience in administration, preferably in residential schools, hospitality, defence, or large institutions.Demonstrated capability in HR, Finance, Infrastructure, Procurement, and Compliance.(Prior experience in a boarding school environment is highly preferred.)

Age Preference: 40–55 years (relaxable in exceptional cases).

Desirable Profile
Experience interacting with education authorities and auditors.Exposure to project execution and institutional start-ups.Familiarity with Rajasthan regulatory norms.Ability to balance structure, empathy, and child-focused decision-making.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
