· Managing daily administrative operations to ensure smooth functioning of the institution.
· Providing administrative assistance to faculty, management, and departments.
· Maintaining organizational systems, managing records, files, and documentation.
· Coordinating with various departments to facilitate seamless communication and workflow.
· Supporting academic and non-academic activities including events and examinations.
· Handling university affiliation work, including preparation and submission of requisite documents, liaison with university officials, and ensuring compliance with university regulations.
· Assisting in regulatory compliance and approvals related to academic programs.
