Responsibilities

• Responsible for day to day administrative function of the Institute
• Coordinate with the finance department and interact with the students and parents for the collection of tuition fees/mess fees, if any.
• Ensure that the payment portals are working properly, with the help of IT department
• Responsible for Maintenance of the office, class rooms, Hostel and up keeping of the premises through effective housekeeping
• Coordinate for repairs and renovation as and when needed. Oversee new projects and ensure it is completed on time
• Coordination with the local authorities – corporation / food and safety standards for maintenance and compliances
• Responsible for resolving the dispute among the students, maintaining the discipline
• Effective coordination between the staff and students by addressing their concerns
• Maintaining proper records of the students staying in the hostel and ensure the canteen contractor provides good quality food to the students
• Coordinate for the students’ admission, enrolment and graduation process.
• Ensure the required materials like student’s uniform, ID cards, instruments, books are issued on time
• Organise and coordinate for various events in the institute, annual day, sports day workshops, convocation etc.,
• Responsible for the hospitality to visiting professionals and the guests

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-8 years of experience in an educational industry or similar environment.
• Strong understanding of admin activities such as admission processes, student records maintenance, and report generation.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
