Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for an Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant will handle daily tasks such as managing schedules, handling phone communications, organizing files, and providing support to the executive team. The role also involves office clerical responsibilities, ensuring smooth office operations, and supporting internal team needs efficiently.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance to support a fast-paced environment
• Strong Communication and Phone Etiquette skills for professional interactions
• Competence in Clerical Skills, including organizing files, managing schedules, and maintaining documentation
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently to manage tasks efficiently
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential
• Proficiency in relevant office software such as Microsoft Office or similar tools
• Previous experience in a similar role and a bachelor's degree are a plus

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
