Job Description

Profile: Administrative Assistant

Experience: 3-5Yrs

Salary Range: 20-28k


Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive, organized, and highly dependable Executive Assistant / Administrative Assistant to support our founder in both professional and personal capacities. This role is beyond a conventional assistant position—it requires someone who can anticipate needs, manage priorities, and serve as the founder’s trusted right hand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage founder’s calendar, schedule meetings, and send reminders.

  • Coordinate travel arrangements, bookings, and itineraries.

  • Draft, review, and manage emails, documents, and communication.

  • Track tasks, manage projects, and ensure deadlines are met.

  • Act as a liaison between the founder and internal/external stakeholders.

  • Maintain follow-up and delegation sheets with timely closures.

  • Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.

  • Oversee personal tasks including appointments, errands, and household-related coordination.

  • Conduct research and prepare concise summaries as required.

  • Serve as a gatekeeper for calls, messages, and meeting priorities.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.

  • Excellent command of English (written and verbal).

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & Google Workspace.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Exceptional follow-up and task-tracking skills (non-negotiable).

  • Familiarity with productivity-enhancing tools (AI assistants, automation tools, etc.).

  • Strong working knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) is a plus.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with utmost discretion.

  • Preference for candidates with stable job history.

  • Honest, self-driven, and willing to go the extra mile.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.

  • Secretarial college background or relevant certifications is a plus.
