Job Title: Administrative Assistant (Billing Coordinator Role)
Location: Vrindavan, Uttar Pradesh
Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹18,000 per month
Job Type: Full-Time, Regular / Permanent
Schedule: Day Shift (10:30 AM – 10:00 PM including Tea & Lunch Break)

Position Overview:

We are hiring an Administrative Assistant with core responsibilities in Billing Coordination and Data Management. This is an exciting opportunity to kickstart your career with a well-established organization in a stable and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage data entry related to billing and order processing
  • Finalize and generate bills to be issued to customers
  • Perform accurate mathematical calculations for billing and reconciliation
  • Greet and assist clients and vendors upon arrival; direct them to appropriate departments
  • Retrieve documents and maintain proper file management
  • Maintain neat, legible records – good handwriting is essential
  • Use mobile and computer technology efficiently
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members

Requirements:

  • Gender: Male
  • Age Group: Open to all age groups
  • Must have strong mathematical skills
  • Must have working knowledge of Excel spreadsheets (data entry, basic formulas, etc.)
  • Must be proficient in basic computer operations and file management
  • Good communication skills in Hindi (English optional)
  • Pleasant and friendly disposition
  • Familiarity with mobile technology
  • Must be punctual, responsible, and able to work full-time as per schedule
