Administrative Assistant - Associate - Academic Outreach & Career Development

Role Overview: You will be responsible for supporting the Academic Outreach and Career Development (AOCD) office by handling various administrative tasks such as documentation, meeting management, coordination, data analysis, communication, and logistics management to ensure the smooth functioning of the AOCD team. Your role will require excellent written and oral communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in data management and documentation. Key Responsibilities: - Support the AOCD office and team members in their daily operations - Collaborate with internal teams and external partners/vendors - Provide assistance to other IIHS initiatives and activities as required - Participate in Institution-Building activities at IIHS and travel for work as needed Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline - 2-3 years of experience in a related role - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides - Experience in using data visualization/business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Datawrapper, Google Charts, Microsoft Power BI) is highly desirable - Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders Additional Details: This position may be offered as a regular role or an 11-month contractual engagement, with the possibility of conversion to a regular position in the future. The role will report to the Chief AOCD at IIHS or any designated person and will support all members of the AOCD team. The job is based in Bengaluru with possible travel to other locations in India.
